Moshe Monsour and
his partners have owned the Esrogim plantation for 15 years.
They oversee the planting from when the plant is a sapling until
it is a full grown fruit, and needless to say there is more
to an esrog that meets the eye.
The esrogim on our Plantation are grown from a strain known
throughout the Rabbinic Jewish world as Chason Ish Esrogim.
